Hello. That's (kind of) me, I didn't do the base sprites but I edited the Marathon 2 enforcer to look like Admiral Tfear.
There's an almost-full set of sprites in an old Naraka build floating around the 'net, just missing the Death frames.

Almost finished with my cleaned up Lost Soul.



The end goal of this was to make it a rocket powered skull but before that I'm happy with finishing a regular free floating head.

You know what? That might work with Revenant's alternative attack; Throwing its own head at the player. Super-detailed touch there!

It would look better if the pistol went back (i.e. the unused recoil frames) as it was cocked. You could animate the finger better that way to look more fluid instead of it looking like it's "morphing" into position.

Cancelled. I actually didn't thought i was ready to build it from the start. Maybe one day, if anyone won't do it.
