Not just Lizardmen, it fits Doom and Hexen/Heretic nicely. You'd easily think of him as a mutant/demonic lizard, or a staple RPG enemy.

Working on the DM-6 Cluster Missile Launcher:

I kind of messed up the angle with the lowermost lines - didn't try to align them with the actual polygons. It launches a cluster of six missiles for rickdiculous damage.
