For some reason Imgur doesn't want to work, so have a link instead to the following creation: https://i.imgur.com/uR2Z5up.png

Stone Imps in classic DOOM! Despite being simple recolors, I'm really proud of these guys. I can upload them into a WAD if anyone wants to use them for anything.

To me they have more of an ice or maybe a steel look to them. It's a nice recolour though.

Given that there already is a stone imp, maybe they could be "re-marketed" as one of the suggestions that I made? (Or something else of your choice of course.) :)

I was trying to emulate the Stone Imps from TAG2. The Realm667 Stone Imps are more like entirely new and unique monsters, whereas mine are just designed to be like the ones from the DLC. And to be fair, the ones in TAG2 don't look like they're made out of stone, either. That's why their fireballs are yellow as well. Either way, I'm glad you like it!

unusually shaped or colored keys are always fun, although I still like the spinning keys from heretic best, even if I yet have no clue how those actually go into doors.

lols, I know, I guess they're kinda like quake's runes. magical objects that simply allow the bearer to pass...

They don't, it's wizards.

I am SICK and TIRED of WIZARDS using "oh, it's magic" as an excuse for everything they can't explain.

I have no idea how to do a shovel, but I tried. I'm pretty happy with the results so far. Might do the other frames later.

That wizard also stole the White Spy's hat which is similarly inexcusable.

Looks like another Dungeon Master is being too lenient with wild players.

My first attempt at making a sprite from scratch. Only stationary directionary sprites and front walking sprites were created.
Basically my first sprite that I didn't trace over someone else's sprite.

Stationary sprites were 100% from scratch to check if I can even make a sprite. Walking sprites are done looking at a zombieman, but not tracing.

Any feedback is really appreciated.

It's a Metrocop for my Shadowrun-like project which I will possibly finish at some point.

Animations:

The sprites look better in game, they are 20% squished for Doom aspect ratio.

And here's my first attempt at my own weapon, the pistol from Blade Runner.

I used a 3d render from here as a base:
