Also made a plasma cannon type thing out of Blood's tommy barrel, Duke's chaingun body, Strife's muzzle flash and grenade launcher body and Doom 64's plasma gun rail.
The scope was from a sheet of weapon parts that I found and edited later.

Looks absolutely amazing! Would be nice if it can be the role model of Dual Neutron Disruptor. Which is a good thing-

holy shit! That's the 'punisher' energy weapon from malice for quake if ever I saw it... I love it btw...

Play your longer, looping sound under the "fire" state, then add a "hold" state immediately below, with the actual weapon animation in it. When the player holds their mouse button, it will loop the weapon animation (that is, everything defined under "hold") without triggering your sound every 3 tics.

We are working on several new 3D model based sprites, SomeOtherDoomGuy and myself. This is an very early WIP he just sent me. He just started with the model, so we can't say when it's going to be ready, but...

I think there's a lot of contrast on this, and the way you resized it made the sprites look too pixelated. i can give you some tips via PM if you want.

Oh my gosh, I can't wait for this. Doom angled weapons are amazing too.

Looks definitely like the original pickup sprite! Very interesting.
