I have a little.... somthin' somethin'. My first fleshed out sprite! It's a sprite that is meant to replace the Soulsphere or make for a Quad Damage. But one problem. I need help with animations. For I do not know how to go about it.

EDIT: And it most likely will need to be touched up.

Neat idea, but i don't think the skull and a sphere is harmonic altogether. Perhaps make the skull more blurry?

That casting sprite looks reasonable! Also nice touch on that effect!

I patched up osjclatchford's angled flashlight sprite to more match it's centered sprite.

To improve on this further, it'd be nice if the legs moved a little with her body. I don't know of anyone who'd keep their legs perfectly still while launching something. :D

I like the look of the hoodie zombie in noclip's DOOM documentary a lot.

These are a couple of sprite frames for a discontinued weapon (called the "Sovereign" autocannon) from Guncaster. It was removed before the new update with new hand sprites came out. I added the new hand sprites and changed the color of the shell casing to red, to differentiate it from the slugs fired by Guncaster's new autocannon, the "Matriarch" (which used to be the slugs that the Sovereign could fire).

This is my very first attempt at sprite editing... and IMO it worked out fairly well. :)
omg, 11/10

If you can make a centered version of this weapon will be the top!

Many thanks!

Dude, 99% of the work was done by PillowBlaster and DoomNukem. All I did was add hands and change colors. Even if I wanted to, I doubt I'd be able to make a centered version of this anytime soon. These simple edits are currently the acme of my digital art skills (I say "simple", though it sure as hell didn't feel simple XD).

Also, not a big fan of centered weapons. Angled weapons are where it's at for me. They're much more realistic, and you get to see more of the beauty of the weapon design. :D

The pickup sprite (not pictured here) actually shows that this cannon has a stock... so where would that go, if you're centering the weapon? XD

The closest thing I can think of that resembles a centered Sovereign in any way is the multi-mode grenade specialized grenade launcher from Project Brutality... mainly because of the lens on it (interesting factoid... that gave me the idea of giving the Sovereign the behavior currently has).

I've thought about making a centered version of the Sovereign, albeit I was going to use a different base other than the Sovereign, so you could say that it would be a "prototype" of sorts. :)

I wanted to make a photographic camera long ago that, each time you'd press fire, it would take a screenshot. And that was way before instadoom.

Here are the discarded sprites from it. I ripped them from Medal of Honor : Underground and they were some of my first edits. Blergh.

Bonus edit: a blood handed flashlight edited from realm667 if i recall.
