Ripped a bunch of models from the new Ghostbusters game, trying to see how good I can make them look without much editing. All I did was clean up a few stray pixels after sizing down and paletting. However, I did recolour the textures to match Doom's palette and make new textures for the speculars rendered with the Toon shader and that took a while. Could clean it up more to remove some thin orange rings so it all blends together better when scaled down.

Visually it's no substitute for pixel editing the renders but it makes the final spriting stages a lot faster.

The monsters had bones and all so all I had to do was create some inverse kinematics constraints which allow me to drag the limbs around. Unfortunately the Lady in White has a lot of detail and even if I set it up right with orthographic and scaled up her claws when they're extended instead of relying on perspective it would take way too much work and time for something almost passable.

Maybe one day I'll adjust the mesh into something more workable, a larger torso, bigger head, smaller dress bottom, bigger arms, thicker monster arms, etc. If it doesn't break, anyway.

Gonna have to request some more frames for these. Looks useful.

So, the zdoom skype group ended up having a call, then the topic changed to wienies (hotdogs) and the result was...
Spoiler: The WienieSphere
EDIT: Original "Wienie" source image, just in case someone might want it...
Spoiler: I really hope nobody even needs this...

Looks fine to me, but you might buckle his pants up before it falls to the ground for more extra elbow-smashing!
