Still obsessed over Life Is Strange, so:

David In The Dark Room - a map for Hideous Destructor

It's the rescue scene, but you play as David and the scenario resets every time you get killed or incapacitated, either of you points a weapon in Max's direction and swings/pulls the trigger, or you end up stuck in a Mexican standoff. Every reset she tries some seemingly totally random combination of ways to help you or distract the bad guy. Most of the hilarious goof-ups in the real game would actually be viable here, while that one thing you need to do to secure victory in the real game is helpful but not guaranteed.

No one has armour and the pistols are modded to do ridiculous amounts of damage while ricocheting in deterministic but wacky ways.

I had a maybe dumb, maybe cool idea that I can't do myself and I wanna pitch if anyone wants to do it instead, a God of War mod for Heretic, full with monster replacements and stuff, maybe texture and music replacements too (like how Quake DiH and Karnak did, which replaced textures and music too), if I could do it I'd like to make it have the same weapon sprite rip quality as D4T cuz that mod has sexy af gun rips! but I don't know how to rip models (atleast models that arent from HL1), let alone render them... so this is just a dream for now I guess

I'm working on a project right now that is centered around "realistic" movement - sort of like Hideous Destructor-level speed. While sprinting would provide the player the ability to hit Doomguy-speed, normal speed would, well, be slow (and slower when aiming down sights). The main thing revolves around sprinting animations and such - while sprinting, weapons are pulled downward and to the side, bobbing more noticeably than when idle, and almost stop moving entirely when airborne. Things like firing, aiming, and reloading would end a sprint, and vice-versa, allowing for some creative cancels. I've also implemented a primitive thruster system, and may add a light dash to enhance the otherwise sluggish movement speed.

Something like Vanquish or Tribes? That sounds like it could be a lot of fun, an interesting alternative to the familiar circle strafing frenzy.

A educational wad that that teaches the user about itself and how it is set up, kinda like that one "how a terry wad works" kinda things. Could be neat,

I've more or less finished the movement system, including the dash. I may modify it to where it's direction+dash key rather than The Trailblazer-style double tap dashes, mainly because I've noticed that triggering an accidental dash seems too easy.

So far, all weapons in the project have sprinting and dashing animations; weapons can't or reloaded be fired during a dash, but can fire and reload during a sprint (this cancels the sprint itself - animation and speed modifier). I just have to replace the fists, Chainsaw, Plasma Rifle, and BFG, and I can consider putting up a link. It's weapons-only, so it should be compatible with any monster replacement mods.

Has someone made a universal weather mod yet? Something that lets you add/remove/modify weather settings in a level? It would be cool to add in rain or blizzard effects in any map.

That is gonna be a nightmare trying to make this into a mod. I bet there would be so many things between each mods that will conflict with each other (both in the coding and with the graphic names).
