[RESOURCE] 3D Model Doors

So here i come with another of my experiments, functional 3D model doors, which allows modders and mappers to have more freedom in animating doors without breaking too much the concept of a door, so far it still has little issues but there are extra checks in the way those doors are made that prevents monsters and players to get stuck forever in them if they close right on the actors.

This is UDMF friendly and mostly meant for that due to Line TIDs and keylocked doors, code is also mostly modular so modders can create custom doors pretty easily from the base code.

The map in the video comes in the package to show how those doors are coded and how they uses the lines to make the collision checks.

All Doors provided in this package are from Doom 2016 but sounds are from Descent 3, so credits goes to id Software as usual plus Interplay/Outrage Entertainment.

I might have use for this :) Saves me the time to code it myself. Can these be opened and closed via changing zScript values or calling functions on the actor?

Actually not, i made this code with DECORATE + ACS only so it can kinda also work for Zandronum as well, i still have to aim my content towards that Source Port as it is still the most used one for Multiplayer.

Did you manage to rip anims or did you do them from scratch? Pity that my pc can't handle Doom2016 otherwise I would have give it a go resources side...

Some doors have animations by me because ironically the original ones from Doom 2016 is the stupidly simple slide-to-open, which was the case of the door i used the most in MMDCXIV, the spinning locker don't spin in the original animations, so i decided to give it a reason to be there.

Question: You use the decorate actor states "Open", "Opened", and "Close"

How come these expressions are not mentioned in the zdoom wiki?

Those are custom states actually, the scripts which controls these doors orient itself by those states only.
