I know it seems criminal not to have him. I originally didn't include him because all the stuff here uses the classic Doomguy sprite as a base so I felt it would be out of place, but considering there are some silly skins in this pack anyway, I doubt anyone would have minded the clashing art style in hindsight..

Knowing how I do things, in another 2 years there will probably be a 200 skins pack with him included

Decided to also fix the mugshot with cigarette from Fistful of Doom
-Fixed lazy mirrored and copypasted frames
-New CIGST12 instead of copypasted CIGST10
-Corrected CIGKILL2 face
-Corrected blood on CIGKILL4 teeth
-Fixed dissapearing beard on CIGDEAD0 face

Another subtle but noticeable improvement, thank you for doing this!

95% of the time, spriters (or modders in general) won't mind as long as they're given credit for their work, but it never hurt to check with the author first if you're unsure. In the case of old skins made by long-gone users, just give them appropriate credit and that will suffice!
