  • If no to the previous one, do I have permission from the original author?
  • If no to the previous one, did I put a reasonable amount of work into the resource myself, such that the changes are noticeably different from the source that I could take credit for them?

[RESOURCES] Graphics Giveaways

Hello, I'm doing this thread because I decided to share my spriting work with you. Most of them are "franken-sprites", and a very few are ripped.
This is not much at the moment, but I'm going to expand the list.
Enjoy anyway !



Sprites and graphics

Menus and HUD font (ripped from the 32X port of that good olde Doom)
I don't think that the set is complete, however, some words and sentences must be missing because some of them have been made by myself to fit the PC version but also Doom 2
Spoiler:
Credits : id or whomever has modified their GFX, I guess ?

Orbkeys
The first sheets I've shared here, I've put this together by merging the keys' sprites with the supercharge's first frame.

Textures

The mural of a unspecified ape I've made for a current project. Not palleted (altough the background is) but it's un-noticeable during gameplay.

I like the orb keys! The blue one probably looks too similar to the Soulsphere from a distance, but they're something a bit different that look suitably Doom-like.

Never played the 32x port, but the fonts are cool! About the ape, what was the project about? Got me thinking.

The project in which I'm going to use that ape mural is a short level with a "Plutonia-esque" atmosphere with on-foot monsters replaced by evolved apes (much like the ones from Planet of the Apes, in fact).
