Who created this shotgun graphics?

I downloaded this sprites, but forgot who created it...also, could anyone point me where I can download the rest (reloading animations)? I need the animations for the shotgun below.

Someone also added Brutal Doom style black fingerless gloves to it, as it originally had normal Doom style brown gloves.
