The same thing :) I have raw materials in MP3, and I wish to make them into MIDIs, which are considerably easier to edit. Maybe expand them with something as well (all of these tunes are quite short, none of them exceeds 2 minutes). They were meant to various levels for the TC, such as Hoboken Station, Ye Olde Dungeonz, Skylancer, Nukage Processing, and the infamous Tower Power levels. There are tons of other songs in the soundtrack, and this would save me valuable time since I could work on those :)

And if you wish, you can add'em to your collection and distribute them as yours, so you can have all the credits and flowers for them.

well, i wouldn't feel right to take credit for just replicating someone else's songs in MIDI. however, i could still do it for you if you give me the instructions.

Sure thing, I get to it right away. First of all, I'd like to thank you for helping me out :) you can take credit for the MIDIs to your heart's content, because these songs will be fully digitalized and remastered one day, so I shall not need the MIDIs anymore then.
Don't be frightened by the size of the pack, it has a WAV in it as well, hence the big size. Otherwise, all of these tracks are easy to work with, as you shall witness soon.

Tower Power series
These are in XM originally, and I didn't have much luck of recomposing them in MIDI, though I did save you tons of work since I partially managed to do it with the first and the third track. The XM tunes have better drums and sound. The MIDIs use electronic guitars for the leading tune, harp, some string-ensemble, and piano for those high, short sounds in the second track. I'm not sure about which drum set to use..."Drawbar organ" or "Acoustic Guitar/Nylon" setting.

Hoboken Station
This is a relatively good MIDI, though it may need some fixing (maybe a deeper undertone and some more melodic overtones) and a little extension :) This will be one of the VERY few songs which are at least remotely cheerful.

Skylancer
I don't know what instrument to choose for the lower tone, but the high one should be "Lead 1 Square" that's for sure. You can use violins at the end, if you wish, or cello maybe.

Ye Olde Dungeonz
The deep tone should be some kind of electric guitar, the gentle, high tones are string-ensembles.

The Empress iz LOOKIN' fer ya
Remember the Wolfenstein track "Going after Hitler"? I tried to replicate it for a dark, gloomy, menacing level with the player being completely unarmed, and the Evil Empress is searching for him, though it needs to be made a little bit less monotonous and extension with something. Also I think I messed up the drums here. The WAV is just a little help, the MIDI is the actual reference (so make sure whatever you do, do not change the tempo here, I even recorded the footstep sounds that go with the rhytm)

Viscra, if you have an update you could make to that .zip linked in the OP, that'd be really cool.

As a MIDI enthusiast I feel bad that I've not listened to more of your stuff. :( But I've grabbed the current .zip and will listen in due time.

@Reactor, i'll get to your requests sometime then. i'm feeling a bit burned out at the moment though, and i've got other music stuff i wanna attend to, not just MIDI.

@Jimmy, that zip file is HORRIBLY outdated. i should probably delete the zip file, update my dropbox folder, and link to it here, so people can browse it at their own leisure. thanks for the interest, though.

Well, Princess, are you still busy? I have some really tasty material for you to work on! I just heard your masterpieces of the TNT Revilution album, and...well, let's put it this way: I felt a sudden urge to enquire you about your music once again... ;)
