Re: Custom Texture Thread.
Anyone got any really good and well tiling collections of Hell and rock/brick textures? I need some good choices so texturing won't get repetitive. I'd like good flats too to match up with them if possible. Just throw me some links or post 'em here. Anything you know of will help, nothing in particular. I will search through this thread too. Asking because rock textures are the hardest thing to find good textures of, there's plenty of tech stuff out there but not enough good Hell based rock and brick textures.

Re: Custom Texture Thread.
This site claims their textures are "Seamless and Tileable". A pretty friendly usage policy to boot.
edit: Here's another site that offers tileable rock textures, although at a much lower resolution.

Those rock textures are based off of the line less M_MWALL1 Texture after using graphicsgale more emboss and grey scale feature. Then recolored to fit dooms pallet. The other marb textures are also M_MWALL1 with the pallets lightest to darkest reversed.

Truecolour (and hi-res) version of the new RROCK17 I made for Freedoom:

Re: Custom Texture Thread.
Not so custom but I think it would be pretty good to have buildings in the background like for example the Project Nexus ones and not just a burning city scape... so I threw these together...

Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
Working on a somewhat minimalistic, cartoony texture pack for fun. I don't have any solid plans for them just yet.
Haven't tested ingame.

That reminds me of the Minecraft plastic texture pack lol, it looks very smooth. I'd download this right when you release it, keep up the great work!NoozeArts wrote:Working on a somewhat minimalistic, cartoony texture pack for fun. I don't have any solid plans for them just yet.
