I think you need more than one frame to constitute a new enemy.

Seeing as you only have one image, it probably would have been better if you had posted this in the Spriting Carnival instead of starting a thread in resources.

Edit:As for feedback on what you have so far: it doesn't really look that much fatter than the original Pigcop to me. It also looks like you used his back as his chest, which doesn't look quite right IMO.

Well to me, in the original, even with the hair, the top of the head looks concave. While in the edit, by just removing the hair it looks convex due to the lack of pixels to fill the head space.

Hmm, most of the 'fat' seems to be concentrated in the chest area instead of the gut where it belongs. He looks like he's in the process of having his rib cage explode instead of having eaten too many burgers.
