Looks really good, the new head looks damn creepy.

If you're taking requests, by the way, I would love a centered-sprite Doom 3-style submachinegun, if you have the oppritunity to.

Send me a frame of the gun and i'll be glad to try, but honestly, I found very little interest in Doom3 since the far superior HL2 was released the same year. And I never tried to center a weapon ^^'
However, I have an edit of the alphadoom submachinegun wich improve the thing a little bit. Not what you're looking for, but who knows :lol: ?

I wasn't really looking for anything specific, just something that would fit this, to take advantage of Skulltag's new viewable weapon feature, so I think an edit of an existing machinegun would work, but I don't have the spriting skill to do so.

I fixed a lot of small things. Tell me if that (shall ? can ?) be of some use for you, I would be glad to do fire and reloading frames ;-)
however, I still have my alphadoom smg on the other computer.

edit : eh, the wood don't blend very good whith the glove. fuck xD. I'll change this later

I think the Alpha Doom SMG would still work better. While the coloring is very Doom-ish, people will still see it as a Strife weapon.

Anyway, the gun is finished, even if I have no idea how it will animate xD. I'll try to do reloading sequence if someone need it.

However, that's not such a great job :p. Just erased one or two pixel here and here, added a hand and edited the flash frames. Oh, and I added the weird thing that is needed to aim. that's probably called an aim anyway xD

Those sprites are awesome, Clebard! They could be used in a mod!

Poor Moloch didn't make it in...

And I'm trying to come up with some defensive options for this guy. I'm thinking of him reflecting missiles when he attacks, plus him sending flames everywhere when he's in pain.

I'm sorry, but the new head looks like a dick-head with tentacles and eye spots. If it's intended to look like a bell-end-headed alien then fine. If not, I think it is a critical mistake. :?

That looks nice. Makes me wonder why it (and other strife weaponry) hasn't been used more often in Doom mods. Stuff from Duke, Shadow Warrior (etc) gets used more often than a fellow Doom engined game.

The grenade launcher is also quite prety, even if it can't be bouncy, the grenades just don't look as if they could bonce around.

I've replaced Moloch's fireball attack with the Pyro Cannon projectile from Demon Eclipse.
