you are correct that each frame is a different size. I don't know if there is a tool to extract frames reliably but I always just do them by hand

I ripped the keys from my resource mod (new version is broken atm. fixing it while not adding new stuff). It have all 3 new keys defined with Lockdefs that should work, but I didn't bothered to check. It also have graphics for gizmos and HUD icons all with proper colors for new keys.

I also made slots for all the keys. I saw the idea in some old mod that I don't even think was released, and I liked it, so I remade it.

Please check the obsidian and silver gem color, on below screen i have all 3 keys

they are merging with the UI color scheme, I suggest to do some more violet and white alteration



red gem is great
P.S. i know i triple post, but I need to get ones attention. :D


edit:

also If I my ask, what was the idea behind making so many animals? sheep, squirrel, raven, rat ? use it as level decoration (but why do all directions then?) ?

HeXen is lacking any lanterns, so here is one and also weird stained glass lanterns inspired by Amid Evil. Yes, they will shatter when hit.

Very accurate to the original style. I really love those sprites! So that glass bowl thing can damage the enemies, right? That's cool.

I didn't meant it to hurt enemies, but it surely can. What I was thinking about is to make all the stalactites and chandeliers shootable so you can drop them on enemies for some bonus damage.

Impressive stuff Neoworm. Speaking of Amid Evil you should definitely give it a play. It's a very good game with great visuals.

Looks really accurate to the Raven's standard style. Looking good so far, but i think hag's outfit needs more smoothiness.

Oooh, I remember Ishar. I only played "Legend of the Fortress" though. I was looking for another "Eye of the Beholder" experience (which it sort of was) but I found the game mechanics too clunky. Overall, it didn't engage me as much, but it was still fun. I still have the box and disks somewhere I think.

The sprites look cool. They could be very useful.
