DefconRazor23 asked for a floating meanie. Enjay and the others answered with various suggestions. So did I. Enjay and Xuta asked about the Diadron. I responded to them. THIS is why this post is even here.
After this, you can continue babbling about the "trainwreck of a mod" of mine (like, you could actually do something half as good), we all live in a free country, you can make a clown out of yourself to your heart's content, who am I to stop you... :)
You are NOT making yourself look any better.

I'm sorry about it. Some people just don't deserve to be talked with a polite and civilized manner...

OK, back to the topic:
You can just hard rip the Langolier itself from the movie, there are lots of frame showing them in various angles, including chomping teeths. Or you can resize the Flesh spawn, recolor it to brown or black, and add more teeth.

I'm sorry but i don't do hard rips of langoliers unless someone else can rip the monsters from the movie. I'm not a graphical expert and I'm not planning on recoloring another person's work and resizing it. I think if i resized and recolored Vader's hell spawn it would be very unoriginal. I know that my own pain elemental hell spawn prototype isn't any better, but i can't even edit it anymore cause i lost interest in it. I think i also posted earlier that i wasn't gonna finish it cause i lost a lot of interest and forgot how to edit the rest of it since it is very old and stuff. I never asked for another flying moster no offense, but I'm sure you were just giving me advice like you said before , but i only asked if anyone would want to contribute on helping me make my monster into an actual monster and offered that people can help finish it or not. I only cared to see if any would do any variation like sprites or a finished sprite set of this monster and see what they could come up with from it. I think that's basically what i only wanted.

Hard ripping isn't particulary hard - it's just very time-consuming, but it can be done with a simple MSPaint. Apart from this, most of the floating baddies at Realm667 are Cacodemons/Pain Elementals recolored with smaller-bigger editing, so I wouldn't feel any remorse using another person's work as a medium base.
I suppose I could do a Langolier for ya, however, mind that it would be unpaletted (I work under Hexen-with-GZDoom-engine), if that's alright.

Well if it's unpaletted that's also fine too. I just know that i always wanted a langolier like monster and that's basically why i had the prototype for so long. i always wanted a monster of that, but like a whole flying group of them chasing the marine without stopping almost like a chasing level where you run from a fast flying world eating monster with big teeth and a really bad temper.

OK, I can hard rip the Langolier :) Mind that it wouldn't have too much sprites, as a Langolier doesn't do anything else than flying and chomping as attacking. I'll need to figure out some death scenes for them, as they can't be actually killed in the movie.
(don't ask however that they chew through walls and pretty much everything) :D

personally i wouldn't need them to chew through wall that's where the zdoom exploding wall effects would come in handy which I'll need to learn someday. :D

And those people should ideally be left to the moderators instead of taking justice into your own hands, so to speak. The next time someone attacks you, don't even bother replying. Report it to the mods instead.

All right, here it is...there you go. You can easily do the moving-left sprites with mirroring.

Get on with the program. They are coming for you...you've been baaaaad...

If you need rotations, I can do'em for you. Otherwise, all the major frames are there from all 8 directions. The rest is only cosmetics, so you can easily work with that. The rest of the monster properties (speed, damage etc.) are just a matter of "decoratedshit". I can't help you with that.

I will try to come up with death animation...if you don't want the Langoliers to be invulnerable.

I'll need the other rotations if you can, but the death animation is definitely a must have in my category for anything monster like . I might wanna use it for a boss monster or something . Would be funny if these things were used in a ghouls forest like area.

Huh, I made it! Here are the lost Langolier sprites, with turning frames and 6 different attack frames - now with more chomping teeth!!!
If you wish to use all the sprites, or make the Langoliers spin just like in the movie, you'll have to use "decoratedshit" for the duration of each frames. This'll make their movement a lot more fluent, just like in the movie. With all 6 attack frames, the Langoliers will actually spin beautifully. I can do the same with the back-view attack frames seen in the first image (there are 3 different back-view attack frames currently, they also can be spinned).

All images are in proper real-life size, they can be used as Lost Soul replacement flawlessly. And awaaay they go! Yum yum past!

Oh, they do exist! :D Give my regards to Mr. Toomey!
