Just an improvement for those wads that use standard textures for buildings:

One of my fans on YouTube made me this sprite edit of a Pinky Demon with a closed mouth without blood that also has a head that's not tilted, and I once requested this edit to be made. It was used for this video I made, and they sent me the sprite edit with this tweet.

After long attempts, finally, sm0ll door in True-Doom style.
Partially based on the (big) doors from WolfenDoom Operation Rheingold Episode 2.

One more, this time big, double doors. I struggled for a long time on how to do this, until I decided to dwell on this guise. Also partially based on the textures of Las Rojas. They also have handles at a height by the standards of Doom (and not somewhere above your head, as in textures from Duke and several other custom ones).

my longstanding "project" has had a few different phases amidst its goals shifting. I had at one point numerous level fragments with mostly default or mildly tweaked doom 2 textures, and so "recently" endeavored to replace them all but in a way that was more thematically appropriate, which typically means higher resolution and with fewer straight lines

gray7

rw30_2 i believe i traced the smaller graphic during the brief transitional period between when I was content to use original doom graphics where applicable and when I realized I "simply" needed to replace everything, but I still like the look of this. Also before I got the thing to work in later versions of zdoom that had full color mode so it is restricted to the somewhat unusual playpal I have

rw36_2 this isn't traced, then, but i now think it still looks too much like the id version

w94_1 starting to get more ambitious. looks blurry to me now, though. must fix

this replaced four rws stuck together so I don't have it under the original patch name. looks VERY blurry to me now.

rw34_1, (blakwal1) I like this one rather a bit

rw31_1 (modwall, i think) by this point i had decided that double height was too small, so this is 512 instead of 256, and probably getting too long for one post so i won't put in any more for now!
to be clear I don't mind if anyone uses these if for some reason they wished to.
