[Fixed] Dynamic 'spot lights' do not work, breaks Flashlight mods

Howdy~
GLES makes everything work super fast! thank you lots!~ (currently using the 4.6.0b post one)
are flashlights broken into being radial (centered on the player) part of the bug in this post? I ask for the sake of confirmation

I tried with 3 sets of flashlights from a mod (LiTDoom 0.581):
from them, only Zombie Killer's "somewhat worked" but it's heavily limited
both Steve's flashlight and Darkdoom's have the radial problem
(I've yet to try maps that use different dynamic lights to test if they work properly)

if it does have to do with this, where can I download the updated version once it's up? will it be the same post where I downloaded it?

Sorry just seen this. Yes that is the bug, but it is now fixed in the latest code so can be closed.
