Is there any scripting system for RAZE at the moment?

I wanted to port a mod I liked for eDuke (https://kidmarscat.itch.io/savebabes) but I can't really make heads or tails of RAZE in terms of scripting. I know that there's a way to load custom .defs, but is there a way to load custom CONs? And, if no, would modifying the initial GAME.CON have a desired result — or does RAZE require it to be in a pristine state?

It's the same as all the other ports. You load a modified game.con with '-con' on the command line. Unfortunately at the moment there is no launcher to make it easier due to lack of manpower.
