[March 1st Master] [Blood] Menu doesn't stop sound, again

That's a bit inaccurate. It doesn't prevent the sound in the internal demos from playing, or rather, not the subsequent demos anyway.

The first demo plays fine and opening the menu stops its sound, but after it proceeds to the next one, and the one after, and so on, it no longer stops sound at all and ignores the menu completely.

@lowskill, if you happen to catch this, can you please test again on the current state of master? I've done some pausing uplift across all games in https://github.com/coelckers/Raze/pull/64, so this might no longer be an issue.

This is working better now :D , but not perfect. If I let a demo finish and the next starts playing while the menu is still up, sound will start playing, but if I close it and then re-open it, it stops the sound correctly.

However, there is also an odd "ghosting" effect that can be observed now. When unpausing the game, various sound effects the menu prevented from playing will actually play back once it is unpaused. For instance, keep the menu ON while Caleb is blowing up the first zombie when going outside, then close the menu like 3-5 seconds after the zombie is dead. His death sound will now be heard, despite being already dead for a while at this point.

Thank you for the feedback, I'll be sure to take a look on the weekend unless Graf gets to it first ☺️

I'd rather concentrate on getting a new GZDoom out first.

Since I decided to disable the demos for good, this one is no longer an issue.
