Just thought I'd post here to give everyone an update on what's going on... I'm currently still working on the battle system framework, and I'm trying to figure out the arrays and menu manipulation.

EDIT: The key objective to the battle system framework is to develop it in such a way in which I can use simply one script to controll the entire battle between two objects by a series of function calls.

I really need some sort of rpg engine lol... for a secret project im doing.(details will soon be revealed) Im currently using that basic and simple one jalla posted in the ACS prefab database thing, with a little modification, so when this gets finished, let me know. Also if you need some kind of help to get it done quicker, let me know. I'd be glad to assist

Okay, here's an update, I've got Richard doing menus, I'm currently gonna work on getting all the stats figured out, As I finally remember how i made this the last time i did it. So hopefully I'll have at least basic stat displays done, and from there I can start working on the actual battle system, because I'll have the stats figured out. I have created an IRC room called #psi on irc.oftc.net please join it if you are part of the dev team or you just wanna chill and see what we're working on. the actual room itself is meant for current and future projects by me and the rest of this Dev team. Thanks for all your support so far in our endevors! 8-)

Many of you have probably been very curious as to the structure of the battle system. I have no real in-game demo wad to show, but I do, however, have a demo video of the battle system from the game I'm trying to replicate. I will have it posted here shortly.

The monsters? Well, it'll be an assortment of demonic kinda stuff from various resource wads along with some new ones... (I hope). This isn't really gonna turn into a true-blue full fleged project untill the coding gets done, which may be a while. However, it shouldn't take as long as to fizzle out the team.
