I've found a problem with the xBRZ enhancements, the memory usage warning stops working as soon as you exit and enter the texture options menu again.

This needs to be reported as a bug since this is in master now. I am not sure exactly how that system was designed and I don't know how long it'll take for me to figure that out.

The remaining 12 pull requests are ones I am not willing to sign off on.

They aren't bad - I just can't assess the full consequences of accepting them, whether I should or not.
