osiris.wad sound glitch

Hello! I'm playing through the old Osiris TC and noticed an annoying bug with one of its voice clips. I guess it's a weird Dehacked issue? I couldn't find any reports of it anywhere, aside from a quick mention on the DWIronman thread in September 2017.

To duplicate this, download the wad from: https://www.doomworld.com/idgames/level ... m-o/osiris and run GZDoom with osiris.wad and osiris.deh. Start a new game on MAP01. Enter the console command "warp 5989 -2157 32" and walk towards the blue portal. You'll hear the "Now human you shall die" voice clip but it repeats forever until you move out of the area. There's a similar issue in MAP02 but it just repeats forever for the rest of the level? :D

It doesn't seem to occur on any other source ports, including ZDoom 2.8.1. I downloaded some old versions from the archive and narrowed it down to GZDoom 2.4.0 where it starts - version 2.3.2 works just fine.

Me again :)

I found a much easier spot to test - jump to MAP06, it starts right after the entrance room.

From doing some testing, it seems like the voice clip could potentially repeat forever anytime it's played. It's the alert sound for the spider mastermind, so I'm guessing that something is getting it stuck in an alert status. On a whim I edited the dehacked file and changed the spiderdemon's first moving frame from 0 to 1 and that seems to have fixed it, but that's of course just a weird workaround.

The spiderdemon has been changed to an audioplayer. It has no other states but Spawn with the alert sound.

In GZDoom is she falling in sleep again after having spotted the player, playing the alert sound and finishing the Spawn state? Then keeps on waking up if the player is still in sight.
