Menu scaling wrong in ultra-wide modes

If you can include a wad demonstrating the problem, please do so. Bug reports that include fully-constructed demos have a much better chance of being investigated in a timely manner than those that don't.

Menu scaling wrong in ultra-wide modes

Menu scaling always goes to the screen width, rather than the screen height, rendering some rather unusual results when using ultra-wide (usually multi-monitor) setups.
