A_firebullets' missile doesn't follow bullets that hit

If you can include a wad demonstrating the problem, please do so. Bug reports that include fully-constructed demos have a much better chance of being investigated in a timely manner than those that don't.

Using a_firebullets' missile parameter only goes in the direction of the puff if it acually spawns, so it fires completely straight if the bullet instead hits a bleeding actor

I've recorded videos of this happening on my shotgun and minigun, which fire decorative bullet tracers- when firing at a wall they go in the correct direction, but when firing at a target they're dead accurate
