GZDoom 4.7.1 macOS 320x200 Crash

If you can include a wad demonstrating the problem, please do so. Bug reports that include fully-constructed demos have a much better chance of being investigated in a timely manner than those that don't.

GZDoom 4.7.1 macOS 320x200 Crash

GZDoom 4.7.1 macOS crashes when ran at 320x200 with the following error message whenever launching a new game:

Loading a game from the start screen in 320x200 works.
Starting a new game from the start screen in any other scaled resolution works.
Switching to 320x200 once a game is already running works.
The issue happens regardless of whether OpenGL/Vulkan/Software/Hardware/etc are selected.
The same issue occurs even when using other 200p scaled resolutions such as:
