[DehackEd/BEX] "Dropped item" Thing# is Mismapped

(Tested with v4.7.1)

The "Dropped item" thing key is not being mapped properly from DEH thing number to actual mobj number. (I.E. subtracting 1, where -1 is nothing.)

Troopers and shotgunners in the sample mod should drop nothing (DEH thing 0), instead they'll drop a player (actual mobj 0). :lol: Chaingunners are assigned a clip (DEH thing 64) but drop an ammo box (actual mobj 64). Compare Spawn (mapped to A_SpawnItem) behavior, imps will spawn a clip properly when they die.

Crispy Doom maps these all consistently (0 -> NULL, 64 -> 63, etc.).
