Sector Damage with a 3D Swimmable Floor

Sector Damage with a 3D Swimmable Floor

I found that a swimmable 3D floor will add it's damage amount to the sector floor's damage amount. In the example here, the initial damage will be 10. If you flip the switch it will be 5 although it should be 0 when not touching the floor. I came across this when I couldn't figure out why the water on a rooftop would be damaging me.

This has always been like that - it's directly inbherited from Doom Legacy. If we need a different sector damage behavior it needs to be added as a new type.
