[ga067466dd] Broken underwater section in KDiZD Z1M3

This section in Knee Deep in ZDoom (kdizd_12.pk3, SHA256 CE7778C98892787C28007214CAB014C1702B9E7C786CB8DA0D66D03BCDC4C332), Z1M3, is supposed to be treated as underwater. However at some point a change appears to have broken this behaviour entirely, and the player becomes stuck. Additionally, the muddy water texture isn't visible either and the fog is missing for the afflicted sectors.

Confirming. I wound back to v4.0.0 and the issue was present that far back. Not sure when it originated, though.

The console command "warp -4863 -3798 6" will teleport you to a bridge on-top of affected water, which might help test whether the teleporter to the underwater sector is the culprit or not.

There were graphic glitches. Confirmed in LZDoom since there's a CVAR to disable auto level compatibility.

Tag 82 is not attached to any linedef, the original tag (83) was correct. I can't think of any other solution but revert the changes.
Also the graphic glitch only happens when you move or turn around under the bridge.

BTW why doesn't the following command line work in a shortcut? It says "warp: usage <x> <y> [z]"

Okay i see. I could change other things to water zone, there are some gibs and ammo but i don't think it's a good idea besides that wouldn't fix the flats.

The problem was simple: The sector needs both tags - the original one *and* the one from the compatibility handler. But that handler deleted the original one.
