IsPointInLevel does not account for solid 3D floors

If you can include a wad demonstrating the problem, please do so. Bug reports that include fully-constructed demos have a much better chance of being investigated in a timely manner than those that don't.

What it says on the tin. I don't know if this is intentional, but if it is, there's another bug/oversight I'd want fixed to be able to work around this.
