There's two options that, in English, have labels in Esperanto for whatever reason, plus one that has no string whatsoever.

For me, in GZDoom 4.5.0, the first two options are properly displayed in English, whether I set the language to US or UK English. This happens even with a clean config file.
I can at least confirm that last string showing up as GMPLYMNU_MULTIPLAYERTHINGS. I also looked in the language.csv file in gzdoom.pk3 and it doesn't even have a string with that name.

First image: problem seems to have already been fixed some time ago.
Second and third image: I just fixed these in the language sheet.
All issues in this thread should already be solved by the next language update.
