FastProjectile randomly bugs out on portals

If you can include a wad demonstrating the problem, please do so. Bug reports that include fully-constructed demos have a much better chance of being investigated in a timely manner than those that don't.

FastProjectile randomly bugs out on portals

FastProjectile seemingly randomly slides along the portal or otherwise moves weirdly upon encountering either interactive or static portals.

1. Load the attached map and zscript file

2. Type "give ppistol" in the console
3. Fire at the interactive portal (right corner corner) or the static portals (to the left)
