ZCajun bot aiming does not respect PROP_TOTALLYFROZEN

ZCajun bot aiming does not respect PROP_TOTALLYFROZEN

As mentioned in the title, the ZCajun bots will continue to aim and look around even with the PROP_TOTALLYFROZEN flag set on them. They'll aim at moving monsters, or look around randomly if there's no enemy nearby (sometimes they may turn to look at an item).

Attached is a simple mod that sets the TOTALLYFROZEN flag on every bot, so all you need to do is "addbot" (with a zcajun/bots.cfg dir and file in your GZDoom directory, grab one here (link) if you don't already have one) in the console and you'll see the bot doing it's weird aiming even though it's frozen.
