[4.5.0] Anisotropic filter

When Texture Filter Mode is set to None, Anisotropic filter doesn't work (I have no issues with v4.4.2.). Tested with GTX 1070, OpenGL.

When texture filter is set to "none" the anisotropic filter produces undefined behavior - meaning, it shouldn't do anything but on some cards it actually does. AFAIR this got addressed when a few other texture sampling issues were fixed.

To work as intended you need to use a mipmapped filter mode.
