If you end a level with the chainsaw selected, and go through the intermission, once the next level starts, the full sound plays. This is similar to a vanilla bug, but the actual effect is different. The sound is played only when the melt ends, and the sound is played at the position you spawned at, so if you move around the sound will pan and fade as usual.

I kinda thought this was a deliberate emulation of the old bug, but the odd properties like it being played at the spot you spawn it make this seem a little unlikely.
