3D Sector Walls Are Not Colorized by D64 Lighting

If you can include a wad demonstrating the problem, please do so. Bug reports that include fully-constructed demos have a much better chance of being investigated in a timely manner than those that don't.

I was attempting to demonstrate an issue with a project, and I was unable to recreate it (hence the portal in the map) but it seems to show off another bug anyhow - the fact that GZDoom doesn't colorize the walls at all using Doom 64 sector colorizing at all.

Is this by design or is this an oversight?
