Rising crushing floor doesn't always kill the player

It appears that a rising floor set to crush players is sometime unable to kill them even if they aren't using the god mode cheat.

I encountered this bug while playing NOVA 3 MAP27. Use the following command-line parameters to reproduce it:

Code: Select allExpand view
gzdoom -file nova3.wad -iwad doom2 -warp 27 -nomonsters +"warp 1088 -1536"

Then do the following:

  1. Issue console commands: give armor; give soulsphere
  2. Press the switch to lower the four pillars.
  3. Step onto any one of the pillars. All pillars will start rising up again.
  4. You will eventually receive a lot of damage and get stuck. In PrBoom-Plus, you will get killed instead.

Note that this may also affect ceilings set to lower once and crush, though I haven't tested this scenario yet.

Tested in GZDoom 4.3.1, 4.4.2, and g4.5pre-251
