[4.4.2] Sky hack is broken in Heretic

[4.4.2] Sky hack is broken in Heretic

ZDoom incorporates a hack to "fix" the heretic skies, which are defined as 128 tall textures when the patches are actually 200 units tall, but this appears to not be functional in recent versions, even as of commit 8306af2 (the current HEAD at the time of writing this), and heretic's skies are treated as 128 units tall, shifting the horizon way below where it should be and causing them to stop drawing at the top of the view looking straight ahead in software.

You mean 4.4.2, in 4.3.3 they worked so it's something recent.
