Happens both in the menu and in third person view.

There was already a problem with translations in the master branch, i don't think it's related but i think it's worth mentioning just in case. Yesterday i was reviewing some commits and changing things here and there but it made no difference.

What mod was this with? I see it's not plain Doom from the caption font. Looks correct for me with Doom2.wad

This is Refactored Reality. Might have to load additional skins with it.

Okay I just discovered something else interesting - while experimenting with switching between my GPU in helping to resolve this issue, I discovered that this problem is only present in the Vulkan backend. In OpenGL and in SoftPoly it works just fine.

Fixed. Translations in general were broken in Vulkan because two types of IDs got mixed up.
