I noticed that if you set Powerup.Strength to 100, enemies which have been woken up and are chasing you will almost never attack at all.
The Powerup.Type (Invisibility, Ghost, Shadow) doesn't matter.
However, this only happens when the Powerup.Mode is either Translucent or Additive.
If Powerup.Strength is 1-99, the attack frequency is the same as if you had either no invis powerup active at all, or chose Stencil, Opaque or Cumulative as Powerup.Mode.

Re: Peculiar PowerInvisibility behavior
It's a feature, not a bug. But the math was wrong and destroyed all values from 1 to 99. It was either on or off.
