[4.1.0] Skills not using OptionMenu at certain resolutions.

Please construct and post a simple demo whenever possible for all bug reports. Please provide links to everything.

If you can include a wad demonstrating the problem, please do so. Bug reports that include fully-constructed demos have a much better chance of being investigated in a timely manner than those that don't.

[4.1.0] Skills not using OptionMenu at certain resolutions.

Back in 4.0.0, having too many skills would turn the skills menu into an OptionMenu. Apparently it still works that way in 4.1.0, but not for 1920x1080 with a scale factor of 1.0. Using 0.75 works fine after a restart.

In my case, the last skill after "Hell or Hell" is almost outside the screen.
