Screenshots at higher than native resolution are broken

If you can include a wad demonstrating the problem, please do so. Bug reports that include fully-constructed demos have a much better chance of being investigated in a timely manner than those that don't.

Screenshots at higher than native resolution are broken

When taking a screenshot while scaled beyond native resolution, the resulting image is of the screen still at native res but upscaled to that resolution. Take for example this one taken at 3840x2160 on a 1080p screen. Pixels are simply doubled.
