[Restart CCMD] Crash with shaders

If you can include a wad demonstrating the problem, please do so. Bug reports that include fully-constructed demos have a much better chance of being investigated in a timely manner than those that don't.

[Restart CCMD] Crash with shaders

This happens only after using the "restart" ccmd to enter any mod that has material shaders.

The crash occurs here: https://github.com/coelckers/gzdoom/blo ... e.cpp#L149 - activeShader is "0x00000000" at this point.
