Night vision glitch in stereo 3d

The night vision goggle effect is not working correctly in gzdoom for 3d modes that use two render passes. I suspect this has never worked correctly, but it was harder to notice before I added the side-by-side modes.

Steps to reproduce:
* Launch Doom E1M1
* Type "vr_mode 3" in the console, to show side-by-side mode
* Type "IDBEHOLDL" to activate night vision

The left eye view shows a green cast and the right eye does not. Emissive lights glow in the right eye view but not in the left. Presumably some state is not being properly reset or updated between the rendering of the two views.
