Autoaim is working incorrectly, when enemy on the 3D floor
GZDoom 3.3.2. Used mod — Smooth Doom and Map pack "Honte Remastered". Same without mods.

Tested with parameters: Autoaim — Full & Smart Autoaim (ON, OFF, Monsters Only, Never Friends)
p.s.: I am using OpenGL Renderer with Pallete, lower Resolution, lower scale and vid_capfps function

I noticed the same in GZDoom 3.2, and this bug doesn't depend on wad.

What's the autoaim angle? Keep in mind that autoaim will not acquire the target if it is partially obstructed by a 3D floor and the visible part is outside the angle range.

If enemy is on 3d floor weapon shoots slightly lower than if enemy is on regular floor.

First, I cannot debug a video. Second, in order to debug I need a small contained test case and not some reference to a larger level set without providing a link.
Having to hunt down the needed materials to debug an issue is a surefire way to push it back on the waiting list.

It's on MAP04 of HontE Remastered. Launch with the following command line and drop down to lower ground to open doors with chaingunners on the right side.
I fully agree that this information should be provided by a reporter.

I cannot see any bug here. But keep in mind that some parts of the chaingunners are obstructed by the 3D floor they are standing on and this can affect the aiming pitch or in some situations failure to acquire the target.
