Quick questions:
1: If I buy the radio in hub 1, what channels can I find before hub 2? The only one I found was the caravan being under attack.
2: Do I get a different ending for Michonne Circle if I sell the radioactive Titan to the peddler instead of the doc?

Alright so
Spoiler:
I did the thing where you work with the Baron and plant the bombs and what not in the junkyard. Got the rewarded headed to the gate killed the ambush waiting for me. And i still have yet to find my Bike. I thought going back to the Junkyard would solve this but only hostile highway patroll guys are waiting for me. And i know for a fact that killing all of them or wiping out the junkyard will attract mutants in the ending. So i ask this where the heck is my bike. I can't leave the area without my bike but i can't really figure out where it could be unless it's in the junkyard in which case i wonder how i could get in there without having to do the thing i mentioned before. Can any one help me out.
Oh yea i tried doing the whole work for Baron thing before and ask Graveito about my bike he said i should duel to get it. But no option appeared that said that However his name is again is who has my bike. I don't know how you're supposed too get the bike without wiping out the Junkyard.

Graveito told you to find that Hauer guy in the junkyard and challenge him. He's not far from the infirmary and has a unique appearance. You just need to pay more attention to NPCs on the map.

You must've misunderstood what i wrote. I know who Hauer is and i flat out tried doing the whole trying to challenge him bit. (I've done it before you see) But when i talked to Hauer even after doing what you gotta do to challenge him in the first place no option to challenge him appeared at all. And now i'm stuck with no bike and a hostile junkyard that wants to kill me on sight.

Spoiler:
Have you tried asking people around the junkyard who might have your bike? That's how I eventually got the option to challenge Hauer. Not just Garav, other NPCs tell you which guy is the one that has your bike.

Yeah, it's like Ziki said as far as I know. Talk to the nearby named NPC's and ask about Hauer if you can and once you have then you can return to him and ask him to duel.

I am saddened by the fact that people don't seem to understand what I'm talking about and don't even attempt to ask me personally what I need to elaborate on.

Spoiler:
let me see if I can understand what is happening here. You have completed the Baron's quest line and returned to the junkyard to retrieve your bike, yes? And you worried that killing any of the survivors will trigger a bad ending?
I will attempt to clarify a few things with this quest, as it appears it isn't as intuitive as it could have been.
The point where time has moved on and the baron has given you the explosives is the point where the mutant army has moved on. The baron does explain all this. At which point it should be possible to fight the Roamers if desired. Hauer carries the key to his shed and if hostile must be killed to retrieve it. Doing so *after* the time skip should not trigger a bad ending. It will potentially forfeit your reward from the baron, but if you already have the reward it is a moot point. Now, as for unforeseen events:
Talking to Hauer after he is supposed to turn hostile should be impossible. So I will need some more information here on how you managed to do that. Did you load a save? The required dialogue needed to challenge him might not appear if other characters are dead or haven't mentioned Hauer owning the bike.
Let me know if any of this makes sense.
Rest assured that I will be taking steps to ensure that convuluted or confusing story events like this will not be present in any future projects.

Spoiler:
I get one red card from Hauer (on killing him), and another one from the container his little army had been waiting to be released from (in order to fight me). But logically, there can only be one.
What I also noticed is that, after planting all four bombs, I still have one left. I did not recheck the first spot I had planted a bomb, however. It might have been due to some savegame bug that this first bomb has been made somehow to return to my inventory. I don't know. In any case, it doesn't seems to make sense to have a fifth bomb in one's inventory.
Or is that the bomb I'm supposed to blast that "old but sturdy" wall in the Pipeworks with? Then it should be made a bit clearer so to not get confused.
Another issue is the number of spores the Doc is willing to buy. She will only take batches of at least three at a time. So if you sell her one batch of three and later try to sell her the remaining two, it will not work. So at this point, looking at this from a purely selfish perspective, you better not tell on Kyle yet, so you can still sell him some after having made friends with the Baron and bombed the Roamers, I guess...? Would that trigger a different ending than just selling all spores to the Doc at once and then immediately getting Kyle behind bars?

Spoiler:
Yes that exactly what's happening here Vostoyk. And yes you did make sense dontcha worry.
I saw that in the Dialoque with the Baron that i had to wait for the Horde to pass by. I understood the instructions the Baron gave me. He however never told me that i could go and kill the Bandits and get my bike back after i did the bomb mission.
So i instantly assumed that i had to leave the Bandits alive.
as i thought killing them would get me the bad ending. Things would honestly be less confusing if the Baron directly stated that i could go and retrive the bike and kill the remaining Roamers after this mission.
Here's what i did to not be able to directly challenge Hauer.
1. Clear the Reactor site and get the Rad Suit.
2. Clear the Dome and get the spores.
3. Bring the spores to the doc in the town.
4. Talk to Graveito about my bike after completing the spore quest
5. He started talking about not wanting a spy or whatever after i asked him about what i could do for him.
6. I asked him about my Bike and he told me to locate Hauer.
7. I went to Hauer and talked to him and had him insult me etc.
8. I went to talk to the Welder dude who tells you Hauer's name
9. I went back to Hauer and didn't see any option to challenge him despite having the information needed to challenge him as i've done this before.
Please be adviced that i talked to Graveito before this and i told him i would consider his offer.
after i completed the Spore quest and went back to him. He told me he's tired of waiting and told me he would take the fight to the Town.
after this happened i was unable to accuire my bike by challenging Hauer.
If this come across as confusing i can elaborate further if need be.

@AmissaAnima
Spoiler:
Ah, the welder dude doesn't confirm the suspect, only names two of the guys who are known to use motorcycles. You'd need to talk to Steiner or the doc after speaking to Hauer to actually confirm it was Hauer who currently has the bike.

Doh i completely forgot about that.
Also some minor things but.
Spoiler:
Stepping on this Pipebomb and opening the door does not make the Pipebomb explode. In fact it defuses itself which i found rather strange. I'd assume it's the same thing with the garage located in the Junkyard area. But i'd have to check that out the next time i play it if that's the case https://i.imgur.com/GB4lwHf.png
Spoiler:
I also noticed that when a Destroyer got into infightning a Master Mutant they didn't turn to face them to attack them they looked at me the entire time while they are killing the Master https://i.imgur.com/YCild6k.png
Spoiler:
And for some wierd reason this area counts as a secret despite it being a blown up area of the Ammo Boxes from the Baron quest https://i.imgur.com/dlnsssR.png
Personal opinions.
Spoiler:
I think that the Matango ranged attack is waaaay too hardcore. What i mean is that they use it quickly and there's a lot of projectiles and there's hardly time to dodge. And when they hit ya it really freaking hurts. I think it would be awesome if you could either tone down on the speed of the projectiles. Or tone down on the amount of projectiles they fire at you. Or maybe both.
Spoiler:
I find it incredibly silly that the Scav doesn't think of using his Crowbar to reach the other button on the Keyboard in order to abort the launch at the final area of the game.

Last part is in the tunnels underneath Prosperity. It's a big place, make sure you check both halves.
