sorry for the bump, but after playing reelism 1 and 2 back to back, 2 definitely feels 100x better, but...
i swear weapons feel way weaker, not in terms of weapon feedback (it's massively improved) but i mean in actual damage, most weapons barely scratch enemies which kinda sucks

maps are great but i kinda wish there was an even harder mode
completely unrelated but the baseball being able to bat projectiles back at enemies would be really funny (inb4 it's probably in already and i'm just really bad at it)

Hi folks! We're briskly wrapping up development on Reelism 2, and we're so happy with how this goofy mod has turned out. It's all killer no filler. We're especially happy with how the Jackpots turned out this time. There's so much weird stuff hidden in Reelism 2 that's gonna take people ages to discover.
But like Kinsie said, we need your help with maps! Right now there's 15 maps in Reelism 2, and we want to bolster it with your contributions! If you've ever made a wad with an open arena-style map that you think would be a fun fit for Reelism (maybe a deathmatch map?), we would love to include it as bonus content. We're expecting to finish up Reelism 2 in the very near future, so please let Kinsie know!

Nine new reels (not counting jackpots), five new maps (three of which are secrets), three new bosses, one new minigame... The current changelog is over 200 lines, even with some details kept vague to maintain some surprises!

Reelism 2 is getting a few gameplay changes for the next version...
But in the meantime, we're breaking the ZDoom Kart Curse once and for all.
