Synopsis:
Whilst passing through a shortcut in the woods to reach your destination before nightfall, your vehicle stalls. After attempts to repair the damage prove naught, you check your phone only to realize the battery has died. Along the empty road you walk, hoping to encounter another soul as darkness sets in...
More info:
Dismantled is a survival-horror game about a mad doctor who experiments on animals and people, stitching parts together to create inhuman abominations.
It's inspired by old Resident Evil games, The Suffering games and old B-movie movies. It is built in the GzDoom engine and is also in first person.
Be aware that my game is full of shocking content and nudity, but it also contains a censored edition that removes nudity.

Thanks peoples!!
R4L :
Your trailer video gave me the same vibe the intro video to Silent Hill 4 does. That's a really good thing! Looks good.
I never played or watched Silent hill games, i know what is it though, i also own the movies.
As long as it looks scary im really happy with that !! thank you for your comments.

Hey thanks for playing !! Also yes i am pretty satisfied with the atmosphere i managed to give to it.
It is pretty near what i was wanting to do. Like how you feel in the Mansion of Resident evil 1 for comparison.
Alone, lost.. oppressive atmosphere. I Really like things like that.
Thank you for the comments !
EDIT:
The first gameplay video is out!! Thanks to ProofreadFire !! :

Wow okay, I got to play it finally.
Wonderful atmosphere you have going on! You kept me on edge most of the time I played. I really like the beginning, because it was totally unexpected.
Some criticisms now that also contain some spoilers:
Spoiler:
It's really dark. I love fumbling around in the dark in games to enhance the intensity and horror, but that's okay in small doses. I feel like you spend 75% of this in the dark. I turned brightness up a lot which made things easier, and even revealed a door I had missed, and the vent to get the bolt cutters. Speaking of... I did find the door to the clock or code, and since I did not know the code I just left and explored more. I found the bolt cutters, and then found my way out and beat the level. Is there anything behind the door where you enter the code? What about the blue door that says something is blocking it, or the other green door that is blocked?
Also, I found two blood splatters that seemed to start a switch sequence. Is there a third? Really would love to know because it drove me crazy!
Other than that, this is shaping up nicely. You've absolutely nailed the atmosphere. It's very unnerving, so much my saved game is named "omg" because I was a little afraid to continue haha. Good work!

First, Thank you for the comments and also for playing I'm happy that you find it unnerving and that you liked it !!
Spoiler:
For the code door yes, there is another possible ending behind it (code numbers are painted on walls somewhere but you need to look from a certain spot to see them).
Yes there is a third blood splatter somewhere.
For the blue door it is a secret place, i guess you will know when you will find all three blood splatter .
Green door? do you mean the one that is blocked with the binder ? if so well there is nothing behind it and no way to get inside.

Ah okay, awesome! I love little details like this! I'll have to fire it up and see what awaits.
EDIT:
Spoiler:
Thanks for scaring the shit out of me... I found the code, which was really clever by the way. I also found the last blood stain and figured out how to get to it, so with that I will say Happy Halloween!

What version of GZDoom are you using? What kind of hardware do you have? I'm playing on an i5-3570k and an RX470 graphics card with no issues.
