---General---
Loved the Prologue and WIcked Child arranges. All the other musics are good so far.
Maps are awesomely detailed, and feels "right" for Castlevania style.
Breakable walls with meats are there, yay

I saw one easter egg in stage 2. Is there any other stuffs like that?
---Enemies ---
Zombie : one of the weakest enemies in both original and TC, and I don't see any problems with them.
Skeletons : I think they are less aggressive about throwing bones, and bones won't go through walls; easy kill, but they often stand in annoying positions.
Armored Knight : easy, as they can be killed with one Steel Whip hit. I don't mind giving them spears for slightly longer melee range(of course, your whip is longer than the spear).
Mermans : they never literally "jump" out, and you'll be fighting them without fears of knockback of death. Fireballs are not a big deal, so I think they're good.
Bone Pillars : unlike the original, it's too dangerous to whip them down for their high HP and attacks. In the original they fire in 3 bursts in fixed patterns, but in TC it seemed their fireballs are much deadlier and more accurate.
White Dragons : Wow'ed at the first sight. But after realizing you made they only fire forwards(just like in original), they're easy enemies.
Hunchbacks/Flea Man : Nicely done in recreating annoyance they had in the original - even though they don't hit as hard as original and other Castlevania series.
Axe Armors : I don't recall them THAT tough. They might be the toughest enemies unless you're well prepared.
Giant Bat : I'm glad it stays low so I can whip it down at ease. Axe or Knife recommended.
Medusa : Easiest boss so far. All you have to do is stand behind pillar whip Medusa while taking cover. Flask works nicely.
Mummies : I hate RNGs on their bandage attacks. Bring Flask.
The Creature : The Hunchback scientist(?) was incredibly annoying, but Flask stunlocked The Creature(just like in original) and they conveniently had shared health. easy boss if you know what to do.
Death : I don't know if it's because I'm playing on Full Moon, but his homing projectile is too fast. Retried like dozen times before I could kill him with Axe spamming.
Dracula : How am I even able to dodge his big fireballs
---Weapons---
It took me a bit while to get a hang of how the Whip works; range, damage, attack speed. Simon moves WAY faster and more fluidly than original('cause it's Doom), it seems that it's better to whip on ground(jump whipping used to be good in the series).
Knife subweapon is good, could use a bit of speed boost IMO.
Axe is my favorite. While it doesn't go through terrains, it hits same enemies several time and deal great damage(two shots to kill a Bone Pillar. That's the charm about it)
Flask; Works like SotN(or XX) - the fire spreads forward rather than creating a stationary fire pillar like in NES version. Its ability to stunlock enemies are still there, making it great vs certain bosses.
Cross; got a big change compared to the original; they bounce around instead of going through walls. While it's got longer range than Axe, I'd prefer Axe for easier aiming and better availability.
Watch; Sadly the least useful subweapon in the TC(In my opinion). Heart cost is same as the original, the damage you can deal with the heart spent for watches, is very low.
